It was a pleasure to do business with Encore Motors. Allen is a knowledgeable individual who has a passion for cars. Everything he said about the car was accurate and true. The sales process was straight forward with total transparency concerning the history of the car, no question was left un answered and he accommodated my many requests for photographs and videos of the vehicle promptly and efficiently. As this was an out of state purchase, Allen worked with me through every step of the sale, ensuring I has all the correct documentation necessary to ensure a smooth registration of the vehicle on my end. He even worked with me on setting up transportation for the vehicle.nDuring the whole sales process Allen continued to communicate promptly, keeping me updated of progress and next steps. I would recommend working with Allen and Encore Motors to anyone, and would certainly consider Encore Motors and Allen again for any future car purchases I may make.

Great experience from beginning to end. Allen has a passion for cars it shows when you first talk with him. He was upfront, honest and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I was a little apprehensive as this was my first time buying a secondary vehicle. However, I felt very confident that I was getting a great car at a fair price. Would highly recommend Encore Motors!

I recently purchased a car from Allen and I couldn't have had a better experience. The car was accurately represented online and he was more than willing to allow me to have it checked out by whoever I wished. I'm not very happy with my purchase and we'll be back the next time I'm looking for a car.

Just purchased a 2018 Porsche 718 Cayman from Encore Motors. WOW! I wish all used car dealers were as honorable, knowledgeable, and fair as Allen. Yes, I highly recommend buying a used car from Allen.

This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Allen at Encore Motors. The fact that I drove 6.5 hours to Macon, GA from my home in Orlando, FL both times should speak volumes.nnBoth vehicles are older Mercedes, and both were in superb condition. Minor flaws were disclosed at the time of purchase. Both vehicles came with extensive service records. Both were excruciatingly clean. I can't tell you how many times I have been accosted by other folks amazed at the condition of these cars.nnI can only describe the service given by Allen as extraordinary, with attention to every detail. He will spend as much time as necessary with you to ensure you understand every facet of the transaction, and every detail of the vehicle. I'm beyond impressed.nnThanks, Allen. I'm looking forward to my next vehicle from Encore Motors. I won't be going anywhere else.
