McDonald's

Fast food, dinning in, carry out no matter which one, the servers make the experience you have at any restaurant, that which you order should be spoken back to you as you asked, then the person getting the order together must double check before delivering to you. Laughing and joking in good in the workplace as long as it doesn't cloud the process of taking care of the customer, so far this hasn't happened to me, pay attention to details.

So the sign on the door says that if you want to come in you have to wear a mask but then the doors locked no other signs of then on top of that your hours are till 11:00 but you're telling everybody and drive through which is multiple multiple people on a Friday night that you're closed and even when somebody says you don't close till 11:00 it's not 11:00 you still say you're closed most restaurants don't close unless they're totally dead you are insanely busy and yet you choose to close not to mention the young girls working here we're constantly in the parking lot hanging out with people in and out of the front door propping the door open putting things in the door to hold it open but yet you're not allowing customers in to or to place orders and you're not even taking their orders through the drive-thru I get that it's Friday night and you don't want to be at work but you're getting paid to do your job so do it this store whoever the manager is needs to watch some video tapes of your Friday night people and probably the rest of your crew because they're definitely not providing customer service they stopped taking orders almost a half hour before you close and multiple multiple cars I sat here in the parking lot because I was organizing something in my vehicle since I couldn't come in to get anything to eat so I watched and listened as car after car after car pulled up to place their order and they were told that the store was closed not to mention the constant light show of lights going on and off in the parking lot just for absolutely no reason other than the fact that these people working obviously can't figure out how to turn the lights on and off in the correct way you need a new crew

Un organized,really slow,and lazy workers

Just needed some fries for a quick snack. They were hot but no salt. Thank goodness there was some ketchup or I would have turned around and went back.

I sent my daughter to get food from the location at 550 Gray Hwy. Macon, GA. Upon arriving home around 10:30 p.m., we discovered that a part of our order was missing. Upon learning about the missing items in my order, I called this location several times before they closed at 11:00 p.m. but did not get an answer. I promptly completed the online survey and reported my incident about the incorrect order. I called McDonald’s the next morning and spoke with the manager, Erica, who was wonderful! Erica apologized and offered to replace our entire order for free the next time we visited that location! Mistakes happen, but how a business handles their mistakes is what matters most!
