I placed a mobile order and it wasn't ready. Then when we got home to eat our sandwiches they weren't right. I ordered pastrami and got corned beef. Still tasted ok, but definitely not the same. A huge disappointment when you're expecting what you ordered.
Good food but very slow service. Plan on waiting 15 minutes or more to get your food if it is not busy i assume even longer if they are busy. The employees move very slowly and would rather talk to each other than serve customers. I've been twice and do not plan to return unless the put service first. ud83dude41

Very disappointing!!!! This was my first visit to this Firehouse. I ordered a hot corned beef with only yellow mustard and cheese. It's normal to wait a lengthy period of time for your sub; however, my sandwich was not worth the wait. It didn't have enough meat, there was no cheese and the bread was not steamed. Certainly not what I'm accustomed to from Firehouse Subs. Disappointing!!!!!
Windows were dirty and employees had no get up and go. It seemed like the 2 girls took there time getting the few orders they had out in a timely manner
