Not one employee wearing a mask. Manager had mask under her chin. No gloves. Male employee long hair loose with no hat. Complete disregard of safety guidelines

The 2 young men cooking the food had very long hair wasn't warning a hair net or face mask on. During this time it's important to heed a warning. Maybe if you implement as as manager for to wear facemask you as a manager should follow the guidelines not let people have they're way. The lady told me personally that the manager doesn't make the cooks wear mask you are handling people food. Maybe if u do your job and not worry about what others think about you and follow the guidelines concerning covid an work together we could get rid of this mess instead being hard headed like the rest of these hard headed American who think nothing apply to them until they're 6 feet under because they feel invincible again they need to follow the guidelines.

Not the best Captain D’s I have been to. Went through the drive through. Shrimp was under cooked and under seasoned. Also I ordered a side of rice. They gave me no napkins or fork. They were also out of lemons??? A seafood place should never run out of lemons, most fish comes with a lemon wedge. I shouldn’t have to go to another restaurant to get a fork, napkins and lemons.

Went there on Saturday 3/6/21. Lady that took my order was so rude, got home with my meal, 3 piece fish dinner, fish was like rubber. Will never go back.....

I ordered our food from door dash and spent close to $50 and our food WAS TOTALLY WRONG AND MY FOOD LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN COOKED TWICE. SO I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THE MANAGER AND TOLD HER OUR ORDER WAS WRONG, SHE TOLD ME THAT THE REASON WE DIDN'T GET OUR LOADED BACKED POTATOES WAS BECAUSE THEY HAVEN'T COOKED NONE IN A HOUR. SMH!!! BAD FOR BUSINESS
