This location is great! Good customer service! Very fast! Alex needs to be promoted to manager! He was striving to keep the team on track and keep the lobby happy!

Awful location. I placed an order online for a birthday party the day before the party. Upon arrival to pick up my order at the schedules time, all of the staff were in the back standing aroumd talking and on their phones. My order was not complete and ready for me to pick up. I had to wait for half of my order to be cooked. The customer service was horrible and the staff does not manage time and orders well.

The young people running the place can't handle a crowd. They said there would be a 5 minute wait for Crazybread and it ended up being almost 15 minutes with other walk-up customers served before the five others waiting. Not cool. My time is precious to me, the offer for a free 2 liter doesn't cover that. Needs better management.

Order was taken properly . Decent price for a pizza . It was one pizza I ordered said it would be 10 minutes or so. 15+ people came in ordered the same thing I did. They all got there's less than 10 minutes. It was 27 minutes before I got mine. Then we left to eat it. It wasn't completely cooked. Will give this place one more chance !

Had to wait 30 minutes just for a cheese pizza and a pepperoni thin crust, only to get home and thin crust pepperoni was burned and they gave us a regular pepperoni instead of our cheese and it was falling apart and not even cut all the way. Some had been waiting 40 minutes. No pizzas in any case for hot and ready nor pre order case had no pizzas that were ordered and hour before. It was a complete disaster and I will not be back. Staff was clueless and all over the place.
