I started my fitness journey not knowing where to begin, but Evan helped guide me through everything through personal training! The gym is always clean and the staff is super nice; Evan is so considerate and really cares about helping you achieve your goals. Also, Kate helped guide my nutrition and helped realize that you can still enjoy the food you love. Overall, I recommend this gym to anyone, because they really do care about YOU and not your wallet!! I hope to come back! Thanks Evan!
Really enjoying this gym. The staff is helpful and friendly. Might be the cleanest gym I have even been to. Equipment ranges from machines to squat racks and deadlift platform, so there is something for all experience levels.

This gym used to be amazing, so many great trainers. The owner has run everyone off with his poor people skills and inability to manage a business. It's truly a shame. Avoid at all costs, they will claim they're a family business and then treat you like trash. Waiting for Bodyplex to open!
