Unprofessional as can be, I (was) a returning customer. They did a battery change years back on my M5 and was going in for brake job on my 335i today. Not only did I call Tuesday and ask if I needed to make an appointment but was told that not to make one, they’ll see me as soon as I come in. They’re excuse was getting booked for the day. Well, that’s why I asked Tuesday for a Friday Appointment. I do not waste anyone’s time and expect the same in return! Luckily, found a place that could see me today. Lost business. 1 may not matter but for future customers, their word means nothing.
I have been to Bimmer Motor World twice within the past 4-5 months and had good experiences each time. Ben is cool and very knowledgeable. His staff seems to be organized. They fixed my electrical issue, changed my oil, and replaced my valve cover gasket. Will use again.
Terry and his team were very helpful and have very great prices. I love coming here and only deal with Terry.
This shop is horribly unprofessional. Half way through a conversation, they stopped responding and refuse to reply to my messages with even a simple yes or no.nnIncredibly frustrating as the matter is time sensitive.nnCan't trust them to return a message, better believe I wouldn't trust them to lay a hand on my car. If you're looking for parts or service I'd go somewhere else, fast.
I came for a simple oil change and maybe more. I was told after waiting a half hour, my oil change couldn’t be done at that time. I was asked to leave and come back an hour later at 2. I did as asked and when I returned I was asked to wait again. After waiting 25 more minutes I had to leave. Now 2 1/2 hours wasted on a week day and I now have to make an appointment for service at the dealership an hour away, so I can get a simple oil change! If you value time DONT GO TO THIS SHOP!!
