Don't do it. Waste of time, rude and judgmental staff. Doesn't know the legality of selling cars in GA. If you live outside of Winder, good luck buying a car from this place, they are way too lazy to do the paperwork and wont sell to you, even if you can give them the full price (this was the experiance I had). Very discriminatory, highly recommend ANY place other than this. Avoid this place, it WILL waste your time.

Very sweet and honest man running this place. Bought a car from him about a month ago and it's in great shape. Best car dealer in winder!!!!!
