THIS IS A ONE MAN OPERATION. If he doesn’t get back to you right away be patient. I was not and wish I knew that, but was pleasantly surprised once he did reach out. He emails back as fast as you would expect of a text message and is super helpful. Even had a delay getting the dme for my car and offered to remotely flash tune mine and refund me the price of the dme and the shipping. Great experience!

TRM are one of the more respected tuners. My personal experience with them is with the e36 platform and the car has run superbly ever since adding the tune.

No accountability and terrible customer service. Haven't even received my tune and have no plans to recommend this company to anyone purely for how they conduct business. Company ignored emails and calls for a week+, in which time I decide to cancel my order if they simply can't respond turn around time to ship. After emailing to cancel order for refund I'm immediately responded to. Weird. I'm the told products shipped 3 business days after ordering and it's USPS' fault tracking hasn't updated but its on the way. This is 10 days after ordering. Spoke with USPS right after that, who inform me the label has been created, but they have never received the package at this time and will ship once they receive from TRM. Company blamed me for choosing USPS, and still states it's their fault. 10 hours after this conversation I get emails from USPS stating the package has been received at the Origin facility, letting me know TRM just dropped off the package. Almost a week later than they said they did. Company lies, doesn't have their sh*t together, and doesn't accept returns. Company seems to be run by incompetent crooks. Go with Sssquid Tuning. Or anyone else.
