Terrible customer service. One goal should be that the customer receives their order. So when you slide it across the counter and a teenager grabs it before the customer, it's very nice that you offer to remake the drink, but don't make the customer wait while you make the teenagers drink first! ud83eudd2a Find a new job!

Of course it's a great coffee place for someone who's willing to pay the same as a half tank of gas costs for 1 drink... always clean and friendly.

This is the BEST Starbucks I have ever been to. These ladies and gentlemen are super nice. I love that they remember my order everytime I come in. So much so, if I go to another Starbucks I have to remember what it is I order. No matter what they always have a smile on their faces. I really enjoy coming to this Starbucks bc of them. Too bad all of Starbucks employees weren’t as wonderful as they are. Let you barista know that they’re doing a good job bc they could be having an awful day & just that one little comment can make ALL the difference to them as well. Thanks Kayla, Brie, Taylor, & the rest of the Starbucks gang!! 10/28/20 I wanted to add to this bc they’ve hired some people and some have moved on. I just wanted to say everyone they hire are just wonderful. Britany is another great barista! Anyone who is new or has been there, I get to know and they know me. It really means so much they all know me & know exactly what I want. I really wish ingles would allow them to put a tip jar our like regular Starbuck store. Give credit where credit is due and everyone at Starbucks deserves so much more!! Thank you my people at Starbucks! Y’all are my morning/afternoon rockstars!
