We spent in this wonderful hotel St Valentine's Day weekend. You could see beautiful orchids everywhere--very romantic atmosphere. The hosts offered a glass of champagne right when we came. It was very sweet of them and wonderful beginning of celebrating St Valentine's Day. It is in general a beautiful neighborhood that is very pleasant to have a walk. The breakfast was the most delicious I have ever eaten!! Thank you!! We will for sure come back . And I definitely recommend this place!!

We found ourselves stranded in New Smyrna Beach on a business trip when our vehicle broke down. While waiting for it to be repaired, we made lemon into lemonade and stayed the night at the Night Swan B&B. What a great decision! The house is beautiful and David and Nathalie have mastered the art of hospitality. From the glass of wine at check in, to the complimentary ice cream, and just encouraging us to make ourselves at home, we really felt welcomed. We will be back when we have time to stay a few days and unwind!

We stayed at Night Swan during the holidays and it was such a beautiful experience. David and Natalie were unbelievably welcoming to my grandma and I. We felt like we were part of the family. The breakfast every morning had so much love put into it, was customized for our needs and was absolutely delicious. The room was so cozy and having it overlooking the Intracoastal was a complete treat. The magic of the dolphins greeted us throughout our stay. I can honestly say this was my favorite place and experience I’ve stayed at and will most definitely be back. Thank you David and Natalie for your hospitality and kindness!

This is a gem in New Smyrna Beach! A charming turn of the century home with lovely decor warm and inviting. Touches like fresh cut orchid blossoms❤ lovely landscaping with inviting outdoor seating. Breakfast was an array of delicious homemade muffins, scones, and amazing quiche. The crust on the quiche was delectable. Thank you again for making our weekend so memorable. Looking forward to visiting again.

The place is in a great spot. Its quiet. They cook amazing breakfasts and the rooms are perfect. The hosts are also really nice people! Stayed twice so far planning another one in a few weeks or so!
