Went shopping here with my 6 year old daughter who has some sensory struggles with clothing textures. A sales woman named Alex helped us and was incredibly warm and attentive to my daughter’s clothing preferences. Alex helped us find some great pieces. Amazing customer service.

Very unhappy with my experience we were told we could exchange items that didn't fit next time we were on the cape. So next time we were on the cape tried to exchange 2 items that don't fit.nnWe are now informed there is a 30 day exchange policy that we were not made aware of.nnI was just informed its stated on the receipt so I guess I need to not believe a sales associate and read the fine print on my receipt which went into the bag and stayed in the bag in case I needed to exchange the items.nnVery Disappointing to say the very least. If they do not exchange my items I will never buy their clothes again and will write a bad review every day encouraging women to not purchase these products.
