Giving a single Mother the hardest time. I keep submitting the same documents they are asking for and it’s taking months to get help with childcare. Keep getting the run around this process is frustrating. Now it’s we don’t have a full week covered of work. Always something with them. Delaying help for my kids even longer .

Im about to lose my elc. Because my son school had him on quarintine due to them having covid in the classroom so i had to take 2 weeks off of work and i didnt meet the the 20 hours a week requirment. I had proof and everything.each time i have to recert i always get a call on the very last day saying i need this and that and have to get it in by last day or im going to lose my elc. I really need it. Im a single mother and work when my son is at school. Im going to lose everything behind this!!!

Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. I went to the st Pete location and they would not help me citing issues that this location said were non issues. Would definitely recommend going here if you have the option!
