Countryside High School

In my child's first year here, he has one teacher announce to the class that she hates her first period class, another teacher tell students his paycheck was more important than his student's education, and doesn't bathe to the point students cannot stand next to him long without getting nauseous, and another teacher who told another class that while she knew they were mostly male, please try and pick up the mess.. Teachers wait until the last day of the grading period to put in their grades, which gives students no time to refute or challenge them, and one teacher required an entire period class to turn in assignments before another because of a few kids misbehaving in that period. One teacher gives out donuts to students while she is being evaluated, but not to the other periods of the day, and another teacher has been observed swearing in and out of the classroom. Nice first year here. Can't wait to see how the rest goes.

This school is a good shool usually when kids are in middle school sometimes they think that the nice teachers that care and actually have a connection with the class and the student will not exists in high school . I currently go here and they care about u here they don't want to let u down every step of the way if they see anything going on or changing in your grades or see u down they talk to u they ask u they solve the problem they don't ever want to see u down upset or unhappy they will make your high school experience the best and easiest as possible as long as u do your work and participate there is never an issue here . The guidance team And administration are like my second family here at countryside and I come to school confedent every day that there here and ready to help !!! When ever this would be a great school for your children

Would r8 .5 stars if possible. Worst pizza ever. It gave me stage 4 stomach cancer. These are now my last words. Thanks CHS!

This school’s carpets smell like mold. The dress code is annoying af you could only wear school uniforms basicly like only a shirt and kakis pants and jeans. The students on the other hand are nice and friendly.

I went to in NYC in the 80's. Countryside was a nice country club of a school. Excellent sports and academic programs. You haters don't know what a bad school is. Countryside was Great! CHS 96'!!! Goooooo Cougar's!!!!
