Purchased 4 key copies. Lady at the counter was very helpful and even engraved all my keys and the extra ones I had as well. Went above and beyond and it was very much appreciated =]. Will definitely be my recommendation for safes and locks for others
I am very impressed by Wizard Safe & Lock, Inc. I needed to get a commercial lock re-keyed. They have amazing prices if you can bring the lock into the store and charge extra if they need to come out to you. I brought the lock in and they did it right there and then. I needed almost 20 keys and they cut and tested all of the keys. Overall experience was great. Also the communication over the phone with the lady at the was perfect. I did not feel like I was irritating and they gave me the prices quickly and concisely. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with locks or safes.
Wizard Safe & Lock has served us professionally and expertly for many years. We live in an older home with 14 locks on 9 exterior doors. They are available to schedule quickly, are always reliable and on time, and do outstanding and efficient work. Highly recommended!
Larry parson quoted $120 to unlock safe when we first called him over the phone to inquire about pricing but the day when he came with his associate to actually unlock the safe he didn’t inform us about the new pricing or utter a word about change in price or hike in price and after finishing his work he straight away gave us a bill of $310 which was quite shocking for us and then he said he didn’t know until he called his safe company and they charge him more money to crack the code and that’s why he charged us $310. I told him that why didn’t he tell us before because if that would be the case then we would have approached different company who charge reasonable amount and would have said no to him. Unfortunately ended up paying full amount he gave discount and made it from $310 to $250 which is still no where near to $120. This is insane hike in price. Not very appreciative work done by this company.
This is a family owned business that has GREAT customer service! They have a huge selection of keys which is a plus for me being a realtor and handing keys over to my new buyers. If you need anything lock and safe related you will want to call Wizard Safe and Lock first!
