Mike was great, he is the owner and a very personable business man. I had the pleasure of meeting Mike today, he came to re key and change locks at our brand store and he was very knowledgeable and super sweet. Our garage door was completely busted. Cables broken, spring was not functional. VIP showed up right in time and told us exactly what he needed to replace and why. Very clear communication. The price was fair so he started the work. After he was done, he actually discovered what caused the issue in the first place. He spent an extra 45 min replacing sone hinges and rollers and did not charge us!! Great company to work with and I would absolutely recommend them. Thank you!
We called Amir and he came within two hours and replaced all the door locks in our office. He was so kind and professional and finished within an hour. We are very happy from his services and definitely we’re going to use them again!
