Nice staff. Deaf friendly store. Made me a drink from hidden menu or whatever it's called. I don't know the right phrase. Clean store. Nice staff. Very helpful.

I've been coming at least once a week in the mornings. I always order ahead on the app to make it easier for them. By the time I get there it is ready. Plus they always greet you when you walk in. To save time order ahead and walk in to get it. They are awesome!

The Batista was obnoxious and rude. This is why I need to go to small business and support them because Starbucks looks to charge as much as possible and give the least in return. It is really outrageous the prices they charge and you can even deal with a polite person! They are selling the reusable plastic cups but fail to tell you they don't accept the cups because of Covid.... Would be nice to know before I bought!

Possibly the most ill-prepared for Saturday rush. Second time I have been here in 3 weeks and I have been waiting in the drive through line for 20 minutes already (at this point there is no turning around). I had the same experience last time, but thought I'd give them another chance. I have yet to place my order. I am not expecting Chick-fil-A speed, but my goodness. By the way the inside is not even open. I don't know what is going on here, but for an over priced coffee and nuked breakfast sandwich I should have just gone to Dunkin.

The very first time I visited the Starbucks I had $100 bill. I decided to go through the drive-through and ask if they can make change for the hundred-dollar bill before I ordered and they said yes after waiting a half an hour in the line when I got to the window she said that she couldn't make change. I won't be back. Visit here if you like long lines and the extra long waiting times and dishonest or rude employees
