I come here pretty often and most of the time it’s ok, but tonight I went in for a caramel cream shake, asked the drink maker if she could add extra caramel, she replied harshly saying that’s an up charge. But how I am supposed to know how to ring that up under their system. She put one pump of caramel in my drink, gave it to me, then ran to the back. She knew she didn’t make this order right, and that’s horrible customer service. If you don’t want to be at your job late at night doing what you’re supposed to do you would rethink that you’re doing and change it.
Really bad i ask the lady at the milk shake area to warm me a little bit of almond milk for my coffee and she told me she can’t do that because she is not allowed and the way she said it was very rude she was mad for some reason.nI go every WAWA store and i ask for warm the milk with not problem at all
they make every thing really good and it tastes delicious. fast and easy to get. I highly recommend:)
Why did I love this place? It's a Wawa! PA's greatest gift to American society, it's what other convenience stores yearn to be, yet inevitably fall short. Why? Because they're not Wawa! Best coffee, best subs by far, and by far the most appealing in-store experience.
Bad, the staff no haved training when down of sistem and all is a caos.nVary bad atention.
