The staff are very nice and helpful with everything. We went on a Thursday night for the special pricing. This was our first time there and we enjoyed our experience. We will definitely go back.
My son likes to go here alone with his friends. He's 16 and I don't worry about being here alone. Totally safe and fun!
Prices are fair customer service was horrible and really ruined the atmosphere for me. Slow service to fix lanes and lack of communication with the customer(me). I can write an essay on all that went wrong, bottom line is I will not be returning back to this establishment nor recommended anymore on going
Not a fan. The place has gone down hill since I was in a league in high school. I was told not to use my ball since the ball return was not picking up balls. It was do this with every ball not just my ball. The bumpers did not come up like they were supposed to. The deck did not properly release pin 4. It's sad that a alley that runs leagues have staff that does not know what dead wood is. Wasted our time waiting for them fix a machine that did not want to cycle.
Great fun had by all. Employees very helpful.nThe only issue was with the bar. I know drinks are expensive but $28 for 2 Bacardi and Coke is redictulas.
