I started attending Corey’s sunrise yoga & meditation gatherings and absolutely loved every second of it. It’s one of my favorite ways to start off the weekend! She does an amazing job explaining poses and taking you through not only a physical relaxation in gentle poses, but also a mental relaxation with guided meditation. I always leave her classes feeling so refreshed to take on the day.nI highly recommend Corey if you are looking for a grounding & relaxing yoga experience. Her expertise is great for yogis of ALL levels, and I would say especially great for beginners!! Always the best vibes from her and the most genuine personality as well :)

Corey is a great Yoga instructor and always chooses scenic outdoor locations that add to the perfect atmosphere. She consistently brings great energy to each class and she seems to attract a great group of students. She gently encourages us to find our center, while challenging us. Her classes are as easy or difficult as you like, as she offers variations on challenging poses. I always leave her classes feeling great physically and at peace. My wife and I attend her classes fairly regularly. I would highly recommend Corey if you are searching for the right class.

Corey is such a sweet and positive instructor whose energy easily transfers to all who practice alongside her. Her yoga classes are a gift to the Delray yoga scene and can easily be enjoyed by beginners and regular practitioners alike. Where there is open air and beautiful scenery, Corey is sure to create a positive and energetic yoga space. I highly recommend stopping by Old School Square in the evenings or Delray Beach at Sunrise for one of her awesome classes. You will not be disappointed!

Corey is without any doubt a one-of-a-kind yoga teacher. Her classes are incredibly easy for beginners (like myself). However, if you're up for a challenge or to try something new, she knows it all. Anyone she teaches she will immediately make you feel comfortable, welcome and most importantly, at peace. She brings the sunshine and serenity into anything she does- especially yoga.

Awesome yoga classes! It’s so nice having the opportunity to practice yoga outside in nature and Corey is a great teacher - she has a radiant energy that shines through in her teaching and playful flow sequences. Classes are accessible for all levels, I always leave feeling great!
