The last time I needed a key made was from a man with a key machine. I was at a loss when I looked at this automated, computerized machine. My only problem was to get someone to help explain the process. Finally, I got some assistance and I told the young lady I couldn't take the key off the keyring. She advised I didn't need to do that and showed me where to put my key. Then she was called away and lo and behold, I read the instuctions and followed the directions and whala! I made a new key. It worked flawlessly. Great invention!

It was a machine kiosk at Wal-Mart. It was easy, cheap, had good options for personalisation for colors and style. Keys work as well as the original.
