I’ve worked on Atlantic Ave for 4 years and I’ve been coming to Purgreens for almost as long. I always have a great experience. The staff is very friendly and the food is great. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a healthier lunch option. I recommend the mango and shrimp wrap. Yum!

Food is good but customer service is pretty bad i had some questions about the menu, and idk if they were the manager but a blonde woman gave me a whole lot of attitude for no reason. Very aggressive lady.

BEWARE! If you are looking for great customer service, go elsewhere. The staff here is entitled and rude. We use to get food from here a few times a week but after repeated attitude projections, myself and three other friends who have all had the same experience, will not be returning. The worst part is that we emailed the email address on the website and didn’t even get a response. Today I called the Boca location to try to get the managers name for Delray location and spoke to Emily. She informed me she was the manager for both locations and with an annoyed tone asked what I wanted. I told her of mine and other friends experiences with the Delray staff, all at different times(yes friends talk about bad experiences at restaurants). Her response was “Yes I got one email. Note she didn’t reply. She then said, “I don’t know what you want me to do about it. Do you want a discount on your next visit or something?”ud83dude33 Um, no. We want you to train your staff to treat customers with respect and not act bothered when someone asks questions about the menu or anything else.ud83dude44 The problem with this manager is she is rude too. No wander her staff is too. Employees always model their superiors. ***The only reason I took time out of my life to make the effort to complain or write this is because we loved the food there. We hoped someone there would care how the customers felt and change things. I WAS WRONG!

Place is alright, Acai bowls are way over priced and the oats are like oatmeal which I would use crunchy oats but thats just me. For half the price SURF SHACK has way better bowls!
