Childrens Lighthouse - Winter Garden

Childrens Lighthouse has been a life-saver! I had never put my children in any childcare or daycare before, so this was a huge transition for all of us. From the start, Andrea at the front office was patient and accommodating to my situation. Ms. Robin and Ms. Barbara treat my daughter with such love and compassion, and it shows! I love that it does not feel like “daycare” but really like school for little ones. My daughter is learning new things each time she goes. I cannot thank you all enough for putting my mind at ease!

Children's Lighthouse has been a wonderful foundation for our 3 children. The staff are deeply committed to bringing out the best in each child and creating an environment for them to flourish. They have wonderful tools and curriculum to meet your child at their current need while stretching them to grow into the next phase of their learning. Their staff and student population is a diverse mix to allow kids to benefit from a well rounded atmosphere full of different perspectives. The underlying Christian teachings further enhance the education your child will receive from CLH. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a fantastic starting point for their kids education.

We are so in love with this facility! Our girls have been going here since they were 8 weeks old (6 and 4 now). The teachers are so caring and understanding, and my girls have gotten a wonderful education as well. They have been well prepared for their educational career. The center is so great at communication too. We always know what's going on with our girls in the classroom (what they are leaning, how they behaved, and what they ate for lunch). They also provide a video service so you can check in on your kids room! Love this feature. And one important feature is their playground has a canopy cover to block the sun. Very important in FL weather! There are so many things we love about this facility! Ultimately we are very happy with the care our girls are receiving!

Selecting a daycare/ early child development center for your kids is one of the hardest choices we make as a parent. As a mom I always had a picture in my head of what they would be like and I can say Children's Lighthouse is that place. We actually kept our first daughter home for two years with a nanny because we couldn't find a place that was right for her and right for me as a parent. I needed to know that I was leaving my children for the day in the hands of not just employees of a daycare, but in the hands of people that truly love them. Of the 35+ employees every single one of them knows my girls name and they both run to any one of them to get a hug and say hello, it makes my heart so happy. It's like they are going to play and learn with family for the day while I'm at work which is all I could ever hope for.nIn addition to the amazing staff and facility the education and growth they experience is unlike anything. It is not organized chaos like I have seen at other places they spend time teaching children at every single age. They have outdoor play areas specific to needs for that age group allowing for safe outdoor time even for the babies as young as 8 weeks. They are directly across the street from Southwest aquatics and have a partnership that allows your child take safety and swim lessons during the school day (additional cost through the aquatics center of course). The summer program includes weekly bounce, kona ice trucks and career guests; it makes me jealous that I have to go to work and cant stay everyday in the summer.nI could honestly go on forever on everything that is great about this place. We have been at Children's Lighthouse since my daughter was 4 months old and now she is 4. I cannot say enough good things about the teachers and staff. They not only teach our kids but they treat them like family. My daughter has had so many favorite teachers and she always wants to say hi to them on her way into class. The curriculum is top notch and cannot believe some of things my 4 year old has already learned. We love this place and we would always recommend them to anyone.
