Not only are these guys friendly, they are very knowledgeable, too. I asked about how to get locksets for my other doors that could be keyed the same as my electronic front door lock. They steered me in the right direction so I could do it myself. I came back to get copies of my key that works all the doors. Thank you for your sage advice! Called on the run about taking the lock off my hitch because I misplaced the key. Came to the shop and Billy came out and promptly took the look off and attempted to re-key. Told him not to worry about it it as it would likely cost me more than a new lock. He agreed. Now, will he was working, I chatted him up and found him to be friendly. He even told me about his background - gosh I wish I was a locksmith.nnAnyhow, he is locked down town Winter Garden towards Dillard so getting in and out is easy.nnHe runs a full service locksmith shop and even sells gun safes and accessories. I will continue to support his business so long as I receive this same stellar customer service and I no reason to believe otherwise. Stop in!
