Capital Jiu Jitsu

My son has been a member for about a month and he loves it. Carlos, the instructor, has a great way of disguising exercise as play so the kids actually enjoy calisthenics! For my son, who's a classic homebody, this is fantastic. My wife and I are happy with the family oriented approach from the school too. Carlos makes a point of making us feel welcome and he takes a real interest in my son's training. All in all, I cannot recommend this school more. It's a real pleasure.

Capital Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a great training school with a really nice family oriented staff. Definitely worth stopping by to inquire for your fitness, adults and children.

Capital Jiu Jitsu is the best Brazilian Jiujitsu place to practice. I have learned so much. My family enjoys it as well. My two younger sons come here. Professor Carlos is very good with them. I recommend this place for everyone. Adults and children of all ages!
