I used US locks almost 2 months ago. George installed the lock for me and he was great. He advised me of the best lock to get for my commercial business and was very professional. Recently I had some trouble with my lock due to my metal door being so heavy and essentially leaning. I called George and he came by less than an hour later and took care of it. He went over and beyond to make sure that something like that wouldn’t happen again. Even though it had nothing to do with the initial installation. I definitely will recommend this locksmith to anyone I know. Thank you again!
Called for a replacement key fob. Woman who answered the phone in dispatch told me a tech would call. Repeatedly called the dispatch woman to check status who said a tech would be calling shortly. Four hours later and no tech, called another company. The US Locksmith tech never did call. My son was out of state sitting with his car and lost key for hours waiting and no callback, no show. Unprofessional. They should have just informed they were too busy or could not take the job.

Tom was there in a flash to make me a new car key using the car key code given to me when the car was purchased. I'm so happy I found a neighborhood locksmith. He was friendly and very very fast to deliver. I will be telling everyone about them. He was extremely honest which is not always easy to find.
