Went in for maintenance plan and to have my front tires replaced. It was on Saturday I didn't have an appointment with you, however, I got there a bit early. No problem! My service advisor took good care of me and before I had time to check on my car, I received a phone call telling me it was finished. I've got to say that last year I received poor service and I almost went to another dealer. But fortunately I stayed with them and it's been stellar service since! They've been able to get me in despite it being a very busy day! Every time I go they've been able to get me in and take care of me. As always, I appreciate Super Ford and their service department.

Had an amazing experience here! Our sales guy really knew his stuff. No pressure, gave us a great deal on our trade and a better deal on my new truck. From finance to warranty everyone was efficient and super professional. Congrats and thank you to management there for such a stellar crew and running a tight ship. We will be back!

My salesman was awesome! Brian was very knowledgeable about the new 2020 Escape. He even helped me with the app. If you don't know, you can now start your new Ford with your phone...it's crazy! He took the time to explain everything to me even though I'm not that tech savvy. Brian even called me several times after my new car purchase to make sure I was enjoying the car and to see if I needed any other assistance. He went over and above!

The experience I’ve had with the service department still has me shaking from anger and disappointment. I pay great money for a Service Plan which should have covered my blend door actuator and provides a rental car to make up for the time you don’t have a car. I turned my car in on Tuesday at 7:30 AM to have the transmission and the actuator fixed. Nate told me it would have been ready by Wednesday noon at latest. I don’t receive a phone call by Wednesday noon, so I have someone drive me to the dealership because I was NOT provided a rental car even though that’s in my service plan. Nate told me that they haven’t even started on my car, and that it would be ready the following day at latest. The following day, I get a text from Nate saying it would be $1000 to fix my blend door actuator which should have been included in my service plan, which Nate asked if he should charge my dad’s credit card. I called them and asked to speak with the manager, and Nate claimed that he IS the manager and wouldn’t let me speak with his supervisor. Throughout this experience, Nate has been condescending and rude, treating me like I don’t know better about cars and parts costs. They LITERALLY tried charging me $1000 (!!!) for something that was supposed to be covered under my service plan. As I was picking up my vehicle after telling them to halt ALL work on it, Nate said the reason it took so long was because they couldn’t get a hold of my dad (who is overseas) to charge him $1000, which they definitely could have mentioned to me in the two prior days I was PHYSICALLY there asking for an update on the vehicle. At the end of it all, I didn’t get the rental car that we’re paying for in case my actual car breaks down, I almost got swindled out of $1000 for something that should have been FREE to fix, AND I was out of a car for three days when Ford said that it would take ONE to fix it. I’m a young woman, and I feel like they took advantage of that and didn’t prioritize the fixing of my car, as well as trying to incur additional charges on my “dad’s credit card”. This is the worst place to go, their service plan is a joke, the “manager” Nate is condescending and rude - raising his voice at me over the phone when I was trying to ask him reasonable questions. Don’t go here. Don’t buy their overpriced service plan which ultimately doesn’t do anything for you. This place is a joke.
