When my wife and I were negotiating the purchase of our house, our excellent buyer's agent (Steve Barrett) invited Darrell Walker to inspect the walls and roof. The house is located in the Tierra Verde neighborhood and has stucco walls and a flat roof. Mr. Walker showed up on-time and immediately established a clear assessment - the walls needed significant renovation and re-painting, and the roof had never been completed properly. Soon afterwards, his office forwarded quotes covering several different options. Mr. Walker responded efficiently to my follow-up questions. After we closed on the house in early October, we engaged him to carry out the work. We split it up into roof work and wall/window work so that the stucco repairs would happen after all the windows were replaced. He arranged this happily, and he even coordinated with the window installers about getting the stucco repairs and the window replacements to work together. As soon as his team was available in late December, they did a really great job: respectful, timely, communicative. They also removed some old electrical equipment here and there following our request. Even after the work was complete, they returned a few more times to touch up places that were not up to Mr. Walker's standards (at no extra cost). I love working with people who take clear pride in their work! The roof is now better than when the house was built, and the walls look new. I would hire Mr. Walker to do anything.

I replaced my roof with a duralast roof. They did excellent work at a fair price.

Darrell Walker and his crews did a great job on Stuccoing our home and performing a roof service. A true professional in every regard, we trusted that the job would be done right....and the results were above our expectations. Sal and his wife, who are the painters, are fabulous to watch, very considerate of your needs, and produce great results. I would trust this company to do what they say to the greatest of standards.

They came and looked at the hole in my roof. After two weeks I had never heard back so I called and asked if they had an estimate yet. He told me he would email me the estimate. The next week I still had not heard anything so I called and asked again. The girl who answered said he was not working that day, but looked at the paperwork and told me the estimate was still not put together. As of today, about 2 months later I never was contacted about the estimate. My realtor recommended this company and said she has not encountered this problem before, but I will find a more reliable company based on my own personal experience with them.

Awful experience with these guys. I signed a contract with them thinking they new this business and they ended up subbing out there work to some cheap labors. It didn’t even seam like the owners new the workers at all. Not only did they perform cheap work they damaged items around the house. Workers looked shady and un trustworthy. I would never want to do any type of business with them ever!!!! Very unprofessional once I confronted them about the poor quality and punch list items. STAY AWAY IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
