Kid's University Preschool

They have helped my kid a lot with her development. I'm so thankful for the love, respect and care the staff at Kids University has shown my daughter in the past couple of years and I will always be grateful. Aside from my child always crying when I dropped her off or came to pick her up when she is otherwise a happy baby (which I should have taken as a sign)..This school disenrolled my infant with no written consent or verbal authorization to do so and immediately gave her spot to a waitlisted child in a span of 5 minutes.. All this after asking about having to pay them for 2 weeks she was not able to go (week 1 - she had a fever and they do not allow her in.. and week 2- hurricane Irma caused our family financial distress as well as water and electricity outage) they replied it had to be paid regardless.. Needless to add that when i went to pick up her items they weren't even fully functional having electric problems themselves!! They are heartless and money hungry even in a time of a natural disaster, and are slick and underhanded and will disenroll children at the drop of a hat with out notice, written consent or verbal authorization. I would not recommend this daycare to my worst enemy.
