Worst Day Care Ever !!!!!!! All they care about is money.

I almost never write a review but today I felt the need to share my experience with all the parents out there that are looking for a safe and caring place to leave their kids.n*First of all this is a DAYCARE, not a preschool, they don’t have a curriculum or a philosophy that they follow. The only time hey learn something is during circle time, 15 minutes a day.n*The place has some serious hygiene issues. Last week there were 17 kids infected with the HAND, FOOT and MOUTH VIRUS. Personally I have never heard of a school were so many cases were found.n* There is a huge rotation of teachers. For some obvious reasons teachers constantly resign and it took them 2 weeks to find a substitute for my son’s class. Those 2 weeks only two teachers were in the class and the maximum ratio per teacher was exceeded .n* The director gets involved in the daily routine of the classes( at the beginning I thought it was a good thing because she was on top of her business and she was only making a positive impact on the routines ). My thoughts completely changed the day I found her strongly grabbing my kid by his tiny arm and SCREAMING AT HIM. She wanted him to sit down and listen to a story when all he was doing was quietly playing with a car. When I saw her pulling my kid I run into her and took my child BUT SHE DARED TO TELL ME THAT I COULD NOT INTERVENE WHEN SHE WAS “disciplining him “. This was the end of our relationship and the last day my son attended the school !nnThe reason I am sharing my experience is because I overlooked a lot of details about this place when making my decision. I made a mistake and focused more on the fact that it was close to my house, not pricey and I was only looking for a place for him to play for a couple of hours and interact with other kids.nPLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR KID IN THIS PLACE. Some of the teachers like to scream A LOT, and since there are so many kids in one class they try to keep them as quiet and seated as possible. The place does not let them to explore, be creative and choose the way they want to learn.

We at RALC are a Family. We take pride in what we do and what we have accomplished in the 8 years we've been open. We teach, we encourage, we discipline and try and prepare the children for the real world. We teach independence and allow the children to express themselves by learning. We love teaching and guiding and our teachers are some of the best there is. The most caring, respectful teachers and we couldn't be prouder of the staff we have and the team we have created. We love each and every one of our students whether they've been here since they were 3 months of it they have been with us for 3 days. We love what we do and that speaks for itself!!!!

I spent A LOT of time going personally to different schools before enrolling my daughter. This school was HIGHLY recommended by a friend who is a professional counselor for young children. When I walked into the school and met the staff one on one, I couldn’t feel any more confident that my daughter was going to be in great hands. And it couldn’t be any more than the truth. My daughter has been there for months now and LOVES the teachers, staff, and the director so much she runs in and hugs them every morning.
