Captain Matty and First Mate Erinn provided an excellent refresher sailing course for me and my brother. Their motto “watch one, do one teach one” WORKS! Although, in fairness, it should read “watch one, do it a dozen times, and then teach it.” I feel much more competent on a 40’ catamaran and know that I will be ready to bareboat charter after another few lessons.nThey were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Erinn prepared healthy, delicious food which I really appreciate. I am impressed with what they were able to teach in three days of sailing. The explanations included analogies that made the concepts being taught easy to understand and see in my mind’s eye. Thank you, Matty & Erinn!

This was the perfect thing to do while visiting Stuart! Erinn and Matt cruised our group along the river while listening to our favorite tunes. This is the BEST way to be on the water!! Our teenagers of course fell asleep while on the natural air conditioned netting on the front of the sailboat. It felt absolutely fantastic and we can’t thank you enough. We highly recommend!

I wanted to express my thanks for an experience like no other! I read through the other reviews and clearly others have had as many memorable moments aboard the Sailfish as my family and I had. We were fortunate to spend multiple days and nights aboard this amazing, sparkling clean, well maintained, comfortably outfitted. smooth sailing vessel! During that time there were sunrises and sunsets, exhilarating sails, island landings, tropical breakfast smoothies and evening cocktails in the moonlight. I never slept better than in the cozy and comfortable cabin. Memories were made that go far beyond any expectations I might have imagined. I am so grateful to Mr. Paul Jones for his desire to provide this opportunity to others. It is clearly the mission of Mr. Jones and Captain Matt and First Mate Erinn to make whatever you might imagine happen! AND MORE! I can echo every great compliment in the other reviews about what a joy these folks made the sail. Going above and beyond is certainly the goal of the Sailfish team. Thank you Thank you Thank you ! You will not be disappointed no matter what kind of experience you want your sail to be and I bet like me you will be back!

Three couples enjoyed a 7 hour, including a sunset, cruise. We had captain Mattie and Chip guiding and navigating us through the waters. We enjoyed a leisurely trip seeing all varieties of birds, sea turtles and dolphins. We decided to make a stop in Port Salerno for a specialty beverage. We didn’t have the opportunity of sailing with Erin this time, but hopefully we will the next time. It was a pleasure working with Erin she’s a delight to talk to and very accommodating to our needs. We will do this again, soon!!!

Captain Matty greeted us at the pier and helped us board the boat for an amazing experience. First mate Erin was fantastic in coordinating all the logistics for us for the trip (website, text message, phone call, etc.). I never waited more than an hour for a response. The boat was very clean and extremely well stocked. We had two kids (1-year-old and a 4-year-old) on the boat which was very sturdy. The entire sailing experience was absolutely fantastic. We had full access to the outside and inside cabin as well as a bathroom and two sleeping quarters. There was a small kitchenette. Overall the experience was fantastic and highly recommend it to everyone. I look forward to my own trip here again.
