I have been getting deep tissue massages from Andrea once a week for the past five years. She is knowledgeable and professional and cares about your well being. I recommend her highly!
Was excited to try a new studio. New class, new teacher, something different, so we were off to a good start. Then I got to the studio for the class. And, well, tbh, I didn’t take a class. Arrived to the studio 20 minutes before the class to take care of any necessary paperwork, but there wasn’t anyone there I could find. There were a number of doors that were all unmarked and all locked. There was murmuring behind one door, but I didn’t want to knock in case there was a treatment going on.nI stayed til 1 minute before the class was set to start and no sign of anyone.nEmailed them when I got home, no response 10 hours later.nnGlad I didn’t pay for my class on-line. Guess I’ll look for another studio next time I’m in town.
I had such an amazing experience at prema yoga- it’s such a beautiful studio, in an amazing location! Andrea has magical hands and my bodywork treatment has me coming back for more!! I highly recommend prema yoga, thank you for giving me all the self care I crave!!
I have been using CBD products for the past 5 years for inflammation, anxiety and sleep.
