Love the team here! The only thing keeping this review from being 5⭐: outdoor seating area was messy. Since the inside seating area isn't open, guests are taking advantage of outside seating. And more people sitting at the tables = more spills, stray napkins or cups, more trash added to trash cans, etc. It would be great if the outdoor seating could be wipe down more frequently and trash cans emptied more regularly.
Location was crazy busy today 12/3. But Beth's cheerful greeting & holiday spirit really made me smile. And then Payton at the window was just as friendly and pleasant. Thank you Starbucks for having 2 incredible partners. I drive by another store just to visit the Monterey location. ud83cudf84☕
I mobile ordered 15 minutes ago. I arrived at the store 10 minutes ago. I've watched three people come in the door, order, and leave before they even started my order just now. Why did I bother mobile ordering if ordering in person was going to be faster? This is not the first time this has happened over the last 6 weeks that I have been paying attention.
Very kind and courteous employees. They toke our order and got us back out pretty fast. Of course the coffee was spot on.
Everytime I go to this Starbucks when a new drink recipe drops on TikTok! The staff are super nice and friendly :)
