Josh did an excellent job in assessing the issue affecting the hot water supply, remedied the problem, and was very good in explaining what he determined and the repair that he did. Murphy's was very good at alerting us by text message shortly before the technician's arrival. We appreciated so much the dispatching of the technician to complete our service call today, within only four hours of our request. Thank you.

After several years of working with Murhpy’s, I decide to update this review. I had some minor issues with them when they installed the AC and furnace at my house, but overall, their service is among the best on Cape Cod. Their price may be higher than other companies, but whenever you need it, you always get very fast response.
