Dan is the man! Best experience in a CVS pharmacy ever!nnUpdate: I went back to CVS to see about my favorite pharmacist Dan and he gave me the best service as usual. I don’t know why CVS doesn’t award him the Best Pharmacist award, this man is THE BEST.
I brought my fiancé for a COVID test 11/25/20 The employee Elizabeth Gaulin at the drive thru line was EXTREMELY rude. After claiming her DOB was wrong, she then asked her if she was male or female, which is preposterous ( she’s a young beautiful woman with long curly hair with a clearly female name) but she wanted to be difficult for some reason. She kept acting like the test was this huge inconvenience for her. All the while we stayed patient and respectful as these tests are booked out all over Cape Cod and we didn’t want to reschedule elsewhere. All in all an awful experience, i don’t understand if someone’s hates their job why bother showing up and taking it out on the customers?
CVS pharmacy ok. Parking and staff was helpful. Just your basic pharmacy to get your needs.
Pharmacy is a NIGHTMARE! Staff are incompetent, rude, cutthroat and unforgiving. Normally, I may try to justify these behaviors by attributing to the stress of their jobs and COVID-19, however I’ve been dealing with these negligent folks for almost two years. This CVS is exactly what’s wrong with “the system”.
A chain pharmacy that also offers small town friendly service. The staff are available for questions and getting prescriptions renewed even if it requires they call my doctor in another state.
