Need a CVS pharmacy? There are several in the towns bordering Dennis. Two in Harwich and three in Yarmouth. Need something like a gift card or over the counter remedy? Still, avoid the place AT ALL costs. Pharmacracy is a literal nightmare here, theres never enough employees in the front of the store and the whole thing clearly needs some sort of renovation or re-design. The fridges holding soft drinks don't usually work. Things fly off the shelves and are rarely replaced until the next shift. Great location but it's a hard pass for me.
Awful rude and disrespectful staff with no care to your privacy as they blurt things out loudly and snap at you. Never get the prescriptions done on time expect to wait up to an hour.
The pharmacy can't seem to refill any prescriptions on time lately... and the Cape Cod Times reported they are thousands of prescriptions behind and not taking new orders. Time to add staff CVS!
needs serious renovation and some of the staff can be in a sour mood. i dont blame them.
The people are nice enough but no matter what I get for a prescription nor how long its been since its been called in it is never ready. I went in yesterday around 5pm to pick up a script that was faxed over from my dentist and was told itll be ready in 35 minutes. It has now been almost 24 hours and its still not ready. Happens every single time without fail.
