This is a wonderful family owned company that puts the customer at the center of the experience. The shoes offered cover all of the bases from heavily supported to light and natural. You can always count on the fabulous staff led by Rebecca to help you find The Right Fit.
The kid who helped me pick my shoes was great, but a helpful tip would be not to have rookie cashiers working on black friday. I waited behind the only register while the girl refunded and corrected the woman in front of me’s purchase, that she had already messed up once. Then I get up and she asks for my phone number. I give it and she says “oh you’re not a member? That was useless information then.” I said “well it’s my first time in the store so you could’ve asked me first...?” THEN doesn’t know how to apply a gift card to the purchase!! I mean come on. If you’re asking your manager to come help you every transaction, you should really have a training person standing behind the counter. Not a great look.
