This is a typical Starbucks located on the square at Lake Sumter Landing. The night we visited the service was a bit on the slow side. Not unusual for a Starbucks, I suppose, but with the amount of traffic this one does, you'd think they'd be a bit more on the ball. The scones and hot chocolate were very good. All in all, it's a Starbucks.
I found an abnormal amount of hair in my food. One Barista was nice, the other had an extremely volatile presence in the store and her customer service was abhorrent. I'm on a slave wage too, I don't go and act unpleasant around my clients for something they have no control over. Literally paid $30 to have hair in my food and have someone raise their voice at me for no reason. Never again.
Should have gone to Dunkin donuts. Really miss krispy kreme
Good quick, attentive staff; nice pastry selection & easy access to coffee service.
Ordered an egg cheese and turkey bacon sandwich. Took two bites and it was cold inside. Brought it back to just warm it up and the friendly cashier gave me a new piping hot sandwich. Great service. I'll be back next Friday morning.
