This is a lovely place! Friendly staff and locals. We had a wonderful experience here. We had space D2 and it was right next to everything we needed or wanted. Loved the snack shack. We got breakfast sandwiches and ice cream. Loved being a hop skip and jump away from the beach. Just grab a towel and go back and forth so easily. The little store is great for a souvenir or if you’re like me and you forgot a bunch of things. Great prices too. Comfort stations are also very clean! I would definitely visit again. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The RV sites are pretty new, nice fresh concrete pads when you step out of your RV, speaking of stepping out of your RV, THE BEACH IS PART OF THE PROPERTY!! This is really a rare scenario. They groom the beach daily and there are tons of shell and lot of life in the water and shoreline if you explore, my 8yo had a blast. Great place to fly a drone or have your morning java. Book fast though, there is limited availability for RVs. maybe 30-ish sites. Also they have a giant beach house that would be great for a large group. The deck is on the sand, pretty awesome, I got to check it out. Best place in The Cape IMHO.

Overall great experience, lovely private beach.nNice walks, trails and kayaking closely.nLots of seasonals, but everyone is so friendly.nLevel sites with a concrete pad, nice clean dog park.nCafe next door, very reasonable with delicious breakfast.nWill definitely be back here again soon.

Really enjoyed our stay in one of the cottages on the property. The private beach is right across the street, a 2 minute walk for us. Lots of good restaurants in the vicinity, and the mid-Cape location of the park is so convenient for trips to other towns. Great staff in the office, clean and well maintained cottage and property. We'll be back!
