Not friendly. Don't know their own products and the manager is rude. If you want a week old New York Times, this is the place to go.nnThis is an update: this place is still terrible! Unfriendly staff, don't even greet you when you're the only customer in the store and there's five of them standing around. The staff of the Starbucks I normally go to are always nice and courteous. This place is a joke. They don't even give you napkins with a food order unless you ask for them...I won't be back!
The cashier was awesome and funny. He gave me a mini history lesson and was very knowledgeable about the coffee menu. He was very helpful in picking out a drink for my friend.
The service was really good, I used the drive thru and I did not have to wait so much. The food was hot and very fresh. Beverage as always was really good. I totally recommend this place for a quick bite, coffee or a refreshment, you can try the one with dragon fruit, the seeds will explode in your mouth when you crush it with your teeth!
When you place an online order and arrive 30-40min later and its still not done then there is a problem. Dont get me wrong, love Starbucks, just wish they were more organized to deal with such large crowds and larger orders.
