This year i had Sue Bonitatibus she spent 20 minutes trying to talk me into getting paperwork from my college and receipts for items i purchased pertaining to school in order to get more $ back. i understood its her job to get me back more money but as i explained to her the running around and waiting for that info from the school and coming back in to do my taxes again at a later date would be too stressful. I had already tried to do my taxes twice but they were too busy so I made an appointment . i just wanted to get my taxes done now without the student credit. I could tell this annoyed her although I don’t know why it mattered so much to her it’s my money. After she told me how much i was getting back, she said it would be $95 for doing my taxes and $40 to have that come out of my return. last year i paid $60 so i asked her why it had gone up so much in price. She was so rude to me, she said she did my low income tax credit for free? which i get every year and there's never been an extra charge. she said if I want she could take that off and ill receive even less money back than I’m already getting! then she said its because there is no discount for an EZ file this year! so the lower income people pay more for their taxes? That doesn’t even make sense, and she’s actually doing me a favor because she could’ve charged me more? I’m sure I won’t be the first customer to wonder why it changed from 60 to 95 dollars, instead of just answering my questions like a professional she gave me an attitude. I’ve been in customer service 20 years and if I was ever that rude I would have lost my job, unreal! I’ll do my own taxes from now on. I’m still paying you for a service which makes me a customer, you’re not doing me a favor lose the attitude lady....
