Best place for inclined Sprinting. Good view in all directions from the top of the hills. Occasionally, horseback riders from nearby ranches enter. Athletes train here often. There are protected burrowing owls in different areas of the park along with other forms of wildlife.

At the beginning, you don't know what is going on. How long it will take to get to the vaccination pavillions. After 2 hours of nothing and moving slow you see the end and it gets more encouraging. They should have more portable toilets on that long road. They only have one at the end of that road next to the bathrooms building. You have to do your necessities inside the car. Another thing no park ranger or personnel pass by when you are waiting in line. Emergencies happens. Thank you.

This place as I understand it used to be a landfill that’s why there is a huge hill on the property and you can drive in the paved road to go on top. They have vast open green areas an area for drones on the top side of the hill. I love walking there and sometimes just stirring and enjoying the view from the top of the hill or even one of the many benches. Since covid they have not been allowing anyone under the open air pavilions so if a sudden rain shower comes they are all ripped off , that I will never agree too , if it’s raining and your car is far away like at the top of the hill it’s dangerous to walk during a rain shower that could produce lightning, so I don’t get it. Other than that it’s a beautiful Park people are nice I used to sit on one of the many tables and read or listen to music just an enjoyable place full of nice people you don’t find that at all parks.

I appreciated the walking path with the distance markers and exercise equipment. I was slightly suspicious of the presence of hills in Florida (we all know what that means), but this is a pleasant place to spend a few hours. Good use of this land!

A wonderful place to learn and spend time with people but so very crowded and a lot of waste scattered.
