Excellent Customer Service and Expertise! I went in wanting to get a Hybrid. On my own, I picked out two very nice but pricey ones. I asked to use the simulators to see which one I liked better. Klaus started to review the trajectory of my shots. He noticed several things about my swing, such as speed, loft and trajectory of the ball. He very patiently brought out several different hybrids until we found the one I hit consistently. I never felt pressured. From here on out, whenever I need equipment, I'll be sure to go to Golf Galaxy in Pembroke Pines and seek the expert advice of Klaus!

Awful service. Personnel made me wait and where bored and not paying attention to my needs when trying to buy an expensive golf club. Don’t go; there are other better golf stores . When fitting the club gave me only TWO balls to try the demo.

Excellent store. Superb attention

Me and my husband have been coming to Golf Galaxy every weekend for the past 4-5 weeks to get the perfect set of clubs for my husband. The reason we drive 40+ min to this location is because of Astor, he is the most amazing, passionate, knowledgable, and patient golf expert ever. I know absolutely nothing about golf but will come with my husband every single time because Astor makes the experience so interesting. He takes his time explaining clubs, never making you feel rushed (ever after going through 5+ clubs because my husband is super picky). Golf Galaxy is really lucky to have Astor. We will keep coming back to this location for him alone. We really cannot say good enough things about this man. If you are looking for a set of clubs or just one here and there make an appointment to see Astor, you will not regret it.
