I was about to tow my car to the dealership and pay a lot more money plus all the aggravation. They beat the competition on the price and the service was five stars. When I asked for a quote before deciding on his service, he responded in a prompt manner and answered all the questions I had. The locksmith then arrived in 40 minutes and immediately started working on re-keying my back gate. I am satisfied with his service, HOWEVER, he still owes me the second key which he said he will personally deliver to me since he said it comes with two when he gave me the quote (he only gave me one key...).
