I reached out to the company on Monday to replace a residential lock. He promptly responded and offered different options and pricing. He said he could not schedule for service that same day so we scheduled an appointment for the following day at 6 pm. He never showed up and never called. The same day I sent him a text message advising him that he never came to replace the lock. He replied on Wednesday (next day) apologizing and saying he hand an emergency (very understandable). However, we then scheduled for Thursday and only after I wrote to him asking if we were confirmed did he write he could not do Thursday. We scheduled for Saturday as he requested, meaning I’ve been five days waiting on this vendor for service. Because I am now feeling like he is unreliable, I sent him a message Friday asking if we were confirmed for Saturday and I received no response. Again Saturday morning prior to my scheduled appointment time I sent him a text message asking him if we were confirmed and once again I received no response. Of course our appointment time came and no call, text or visit. I am shocked at the unreliability and lack of professionalism of this vendor despite his great reviews. I surely wouldn’t recommend the company.
Carlos was recommended to me from a friend and man am I glad I called him. All the other places I called were trying to over charge me and take advantage of my situation. I managed to lose my mailbox key and needed to replace the lock. Carlos called me back right away after I called, gave me an excellent price (half of what someone else quoted me), and arrived exactly when he said he would. Very professional and polite. Absolutely would use again and recommend to friends.
Life saver lost my keys. Carlos came over found out that my car has different locks. He went the extra mile to figure out the right code for the locks I had on the car and was able to cut me a couple keys. Awesome work I recommend them for anyone locked out of there car or lost there keys.
