It’s a very nice store and very clean, however it is the worlds slowest Starbucks. If your running on time wherever you need to go after getting Starbucks... AVOID THIS ONE. It will make you late. Only come here if you have minimum 15 -20 min to kill.
20 minutes for a double espresso, birthday cake pop, and a chai tea latte. It wasn't busy at all, and it was evident that they had just forgotten my order and no one expressed any remorse. I was late to my appointment on account of this very poor service.
Worst Starbucks location by far. Ordered a drink for in store pick up! Went to the store to pick it up 2 hours before close(when scheduled to pick up) doors were locked. Call the store they don’t answer the phone. Drive thru is running fine. Starbucks app says instore pickup is available. Absolutely worst. Will not return to this location!
I visited this store on 11/12/20 and I waited 15 minutes before someone acknowledged that I was waiting for my drink. When they eventually did, they lady making my drink stopped half way through and started helping the cashier at the drive thru window. I asked for a refund and left. Don't waste your time and money here!
This starbucks is so awful, i’d rather swallow a whole jean jacket with no water than order from here again. UNFORTUNATELY this is the closest location to me and EVERYTIME, without failure, my order is incorrect.
