This Starbucks is literally 2 minutes away from job so its convenient. But i rather drive to the one in Dikes and miramar about 5 minutes away. Every time I ask for sweet cream foam, there is no FOAM????!!! i've had to come back to the store and have them redo it but it's still not done properly. I don't know if it because they are always busy but when that doesn't happen then the coffee has a burnt taste. I rather take that drive and get my coffee done right even after i pay extra for it.
Starbucks is my go to breakfast! It is so nice to have a nice coffee, especially with their variety of flavors for everytype of coffee! They also have very nice pastries to tie together with the coffee!
Mobile Ordered a trenta cold brew. Arrived at busy location to notice I was served a tall. Asked barista for assistance and was directed to the regular line to fix my order because she was not responsible. 2 thumbs down never again
Today was buy any holiday craft drink and get the holiday festive cup. I had to order a Grande in order for me to get the cup, I pointed out the wording she told someone else but they chose to avoid it. If you are running a promotion you should know the aspects of the promotion. I had to spend extra but will take on the experience of retail.
