Staff is not friendly, and after reading reviews I should’ve taken my business elsewhere. When I got to the register, Diane immediately told me “Prices shown are if you pay with cash. There’s a 4% surcharge for using a card”. I looked this up and surcharges are not allowed in MA... I would not shop here again.

Avoid at all costs. Expensive and rude with 0 integrity!nnThey sell homemade masks at the front counter but will not honor returns on these items, even if you purchased it 30 seconds ago and never tried it on.nnDespite the fact that their normal and visible return policy states that returns are accepted, and that they have a special return policy for their masks, which was buried underneath a pile of masks, they would still not accept my return. Luckily my credit card company rescued me. I returned all my items and went across the street and got better clothing for less $.nnI would highly advise you to shop elsewhere for better deals, better staff, better quality and better integrity.

Although this store has amazing clothes, the staff was extremely rude to me and I felt very uncomfortable. Being out of state, my card declined when I tried to make a purchase. I called my bank and went back inside and when I went back to the counter the cashiers were extremely rude to me. I am very happy with my bathing suit, however I can find the brand at other clothing stores. I certainly will not come back to this store.
