AMAZING BOUTIQUE! Cannot speak highly enough of Ashley and her staff. Every time I walk into their store I am kindly greeted by everyone working there. During all of my shopping experiences I felt like the staff was truly there to help me find what I was looking for and offered suggestions of product they felt would look best on my body type. Not only is there a friendly and warm atmosphere, but their clothing assortment is truly one of a kind. I am always finding unique pieces to add to my wardrobe and I never leave disappointed. 10/10 recommend to anyone visiting Chatham MA to check out this great place!
I walked into this store with my friend and the owner immediately let us know NOT to touch her dog (even though we wouldn’t have anyway) she proceeding to also explain her COVID restrictions which we were fully compliant with but she talked to us poorly. Super cute clothes but wish there was nicer customer service.
They stock RVCA clothing which is well-priced, but most other brands stocked here are just not good quality at all for the relatively high prices. They were kind of intense about COVID restrictions (great!) but the aggressive customer service style meant that employees got really close to me? /:
During the 4 minutes I was in the store the owner managed to make it clear how rude, arrogant, and obnoxious she is. Clothes are sub-par and extremely overpriced. You'll find the same at H&M. Save yourself the annoyance and shop elsewhere.
Stupidly overpriced Billabong clothing. Owner was nasty to me and my boyfriend. Don’t waste your time
