There’s no shade outside. 2 umbrellas cover 4 of 20 tables and those spots are camped with laptops. The old location was much better. They recently abandoned the Wilton community for a busy street so they could have a drive through. Will update stats if they put shade outside. At the moment I always regret the trip to spend money at a company that abandoned Wilton drive area. I usually enjoy the staff and service. Will stop going once there’s a good coffee place closer to me.

Nice and new this Starbucks moved from its old digs in the Manor to a sparkling location with a brew thru. The downside is that the old Starbucks was gossip girl central from all the romping at the nearby dance clubs. Sadly, many of the gossip queens who protected their turf may have banned this one. Coffee is good and is typical of the chain. Tip there is a nice deck to sip and hear about the previous nights follies.

This Starbucks recently moved into this location from where they were previously based behind Rosie's in Wilton Manors. The good news is it's a bigger space and provides more parking including an auxiliary lot behind the store. The bad news is it appears to be run by young people with minimal (if any) managerial skills. I say this because, although this location is closer to my home, the wait in the drive-thru line to order and collect my food/drink is TWICE as long as the other Starbucks I was going to a bit farther away. I understand the law of supply and demand, but the lengthy delay in this case is due to less than efficient service inside the store. I'm hoping the situation will improve in time. Until then, I'll be returning to my previous Starbucks, where I'm treated with respect and courtesy, rather than false friendliness and unnecessary attitude.

Employees are ALWAYS so awesome, bright and cheerful! Love coming here! And this new location with the drive thru is beautiful! Sucks that they are under staffed, but hoping things change soon!

Enjoy meeting friends there. Mgt needs to staff sufficiently to better serve customers. Enjoy being outside but a canopy would provide more needed shade.
